Page is not currently implementing effective responsiveness on smaller devices

@meissadia Is there more work to do on this or has it been fixed? I took a look at the page and it looks like this on dev pub (I couldn't access beta at this time):

@natalia-fitzgerald It looks like Omar added some margins as part of his work on the mobile nav branch, so content no longer bleeds all the way to the edge on mobile screens. However it does look like there are a number of elements that still need to be updated to account for the wrapping that happens on mobile screens.
