User story

As a filer, I want to use breadcrumbs in the "Type of financial institution" page, so that I am able to navigate with greater ease.

Acceptance criteria

Given [some context or conditions], when [the action that is performed], then [the expected observable outcome or behavior].

Technical tasks

Developers should create technical tasks and add links (below) prior to sprint planning.

@angelcardoz I discussed with the devs and there's consensus that the contents of this story can be moved into the acceptance criteria for https://github.com/cfpb/sbl-project/issues/139 (instead of having a separate story). This will keep consistency with the other epics and stories we've already written. Sound good?
