• As a filer, I want visual feedback while my file is being uploaded and processed, so that I know the system is making progress with processing the file I selected.

@angelcardoz @dan-padgett I took a few stabs at updating the story title to align with the re-write and capture the idea for when the title stands on it's own. Feel free to adjust.
