Add install instructions #69

I had to find my way here https://github.com/rosskarchner/itspecialists#step-2-install-sheer in order to figure out how to install Sheer. It'd be nice if the instructions were directly in the Sheer repo.

There are the instructions I have in the Owning a Home repo: https://github.com/ascott1/owning-a-home#getting-up-and-running-with-sheer

I'd be happy to adapt them and PR to this repo if they look good.
