Add --version flag #82

When installing sheer, most readme instructions (for projects dependent on it, like cf.gov or owning a home) tell you to run the sheer command to confirm things are working.

This command throws an error, even though it confirms things are working. Can we create a version flag so that the test to confirm you have sheer working is something like:

sheer --version

Then things don't look broken to a new user.
