The work related to the standard is done on the experimental branch so I've updated the README.md to reflect this. The work will likely stay on this branch until the blockchain standard is finalised.
In other news I've been away for awhile and hence the SigP implementation has fallen behind but I'll be working on it now to catch up. I'm also working on pushing all of my changes upstream to https://github.com/apache/incubator-milagro-crypto-rust/.
