remove explicit use of "Long" Weierstrass equations #215

This PR addresses the issues discussed in #195 by making the "long Weierstrass" transformations part of the Elligator2 map. The hope is that this makes the Elligator2 section clearer.

It also updates the code in poc/ to match the descriptions in the text.
