One small thing: would it make sense to fix the line wrapping in the ASCII test vectors? I know this is annoying, but I'm guessing the rfc editor is going to make us do it at some point...

Yeah, probably. I think we can probably tackle this during RGLC, so I'll merge this as-is now!
