Listing more implementations

I was exploring OPAQUE implementations (especially in Go) and I have found more. Not sure if they should all be listed in the README, but I am documenting them here because it might help others:

• https://github.com/jchauhan/gopaque, https://github.com/cretz/gopaque, https://github.com/ivn-nz/gopaque (Go, variations of the same codebase, not sure how maintained, not audited)
• https://github.com/frekui/opaque (Go, old, not audited)
• https://github.com/gustin/opaque (Rust, old, not audited)
• https://github.com/stef/libopaque (C, already listed, with bindings for many other languages, not audited)
• https://github.com/cloudflare/opaque-core (Go, reference implementation, not audited)

We only list implementations for which the authors have requested to be listed. Very often they validate the vectors. "Old" implementations usually don't implement the spec, but the original paper, and are not compliant with the spec. (And as for the third implementation you listed, it's a plain copy of my implementations where they stripped the license/copyright).

Do you see here an issue to be addressed? If not, I suggest we close that ticket.
