New files should also be checked for copyright.
This should be checked in CI as well (relates to #4).
Additionally, I think it would be appropriate to be consistent and use the BSD license everywhere in this project, as that is what was originally used in the NuttX code, and BSD is a permissible license that is acceptable to the Zephyr Project.
