Make a new "example" case #27

The PRD example gives a SPARC design point that we'd prefer not to change with each new feature request. We should make a new demonstration case that tests all features, including new features, without affecting the PRD design point.

We used to have something like this, using random numbers, but this gave unintuitive results. I'd suggest designing a CMOD example case.
