Rename osk_c_fw to app_c_fw #20

osk_c_fw originated in OpenSatKit so the name refers to the application framework defined in OSK. Now that the framework is not associated with OSK the name should be changed to reflect the purpose of the framework which is an application framework for apps written in C.
