app_c_fw cmdmgr checksum fails on Raspberry Pi #26

CmdMgr's checksum validation fails on a Raspberry Pi for both 32-bit and 64-bit Bullseye versions. I have not determined the root cause, ground or flight.

On 3/5/23 I accidentally closed this issue instead of issue #27. Issue #27 changes the default setting for command checksum validation to disabled so users don't have to reconfigure the setting when running on a Rasp\berry Pi. The default checksum validation will be changed back to enabled, when this bug is resolved.

This issue should be revisited after #53 is completed. If the root cause is in EDS toolchain, then it may be fixed by the new toolchain. If it isn't fixed, then an issue can be written against the official EDS toolchain.
