The Remote Ops 'Stop cFS' command doesn't work. Add start/stop cFS shell scripts like Basecamp GUI uses. also add the ability to start/stop the cFS with elevated privileges.

Added scripts and a password parameter to the remote ops initialization file so commands can be run with elevated privileges.
