v1.4 added a command destination switch to the Operator menu. A similar switch needs to be added for telemetry source. KIT_TO has the command but it shouldn't be issued directly because the user has no indication that telemetry is coming from a remote source.
A note in the GUI should remind the user that an ap such as MQTT_GW is required to supply telemetry to KIT_TO via KIT_TO_SUB_WRAPPED_TLM_TOPICID.
