Enhance which user activities get reported in ground events #45

The current ground events are mostly GUI configuration and interactions with the cFS target. There are other important ground activities that should be capture in the ground events. These include:

  1. App Mangement, adding/removing apps
  2. Remote operations

Somethings may not be possible if a separate python process is controlling the activity
