Change default tutorials so they are consistent with scope and purpose #49

The goal of built-in tutorials is to describe Basecamp features that are included with the default Basecamp configuration. Some initial tutorials go beyond this scope because online videos and projects were not setup yet. With this in mind the following changes should be made:

  1. Remove GPIO_DEMO tutorial and create an OpenMissionStack project
  2. Remove Remote Ops tutorials. RemoteOps is in between a built-in feature and a project. I think a separate remote ops user's guide would be the best solution.
  3. Add a tutorial on creating tutorials and configuring Basecamp to be deployed with a user supplied tutorial
  4. Add a tutorial on the performance monitor

All of the changes are in version 1.9 except adding a Performance Monitor tutorial. Issue #58 was added so this issue can be closed with the release of v1.9.
