The enable telemetry command issued from the GUI has incorrect parameter name #5

When EDS definitions were added for KIT_TO's commands and telemetry, the IP parameter name for enabling telemetry was changed but the python issuing the command was not changed.

Update the python to match KIT_TO's EDS definitions.
