Change tutorials from PNG to PDF #51

The original tutorial design used PNG files because PySimpleGui natively supports viewing PNG files and I am trying to minimize Basecamp dependencies to simplify installation and maintenance.

While solving Issue #50 I needed to create a PySimpleGui PDF viewer. Now that the capability exists and since creating the tutorial PNG files is cumbersome, the tutorials should be change to use PDF files.
