As more apps are being developed for the app store a mechanism needs to be developed that allows users to focus on what they're doing. Defining include/exclude lists in basecamp.ini should be sufficient. Here's an initial cut of topics that can be expanded as needed.

I also noticed that the App Store object contains code for filtering Basecamp's default app suite. Originally, the default target apps were contained in the app store. They have been moved to Basecamp's repo so the code can be removed.
