Update readme python pip instructions to include virtual environment #72

Python is requiring pip to be used within the context of a virtual environment. The issue first arose on Raspberry Pi's running their latest OS bookworm (12/2023) and the solution is described here: Python on Raspberry Pi. Eventually this solution will be a requirement so Basecamp's instructions should describe the long-term solution.
