Expand customizable educational content #80

Consider expanding what content can be downloaded from github and integrated into Basecamp's GUI. For example,

  1. App documentation that can be accessed through the end of the Documentation menu similar to code tutorials
  2. Create code templates/tutorial git repos that can be installed
  3. Create tutorials that can be installed
