Remarks: I liked the use of the link at the end. I also had issues with Github committing my assignment and had a similar error.
Grading rubric: Overall well done- the submission met the assignment guidelines, although there could be some more variation in your use of texts/graphics (e.g. incorporating quotes or web links). I liked that you detailed the issues with your photo submission - I too had the same problem and so incorporated a web link instead for my assignment.

I was initially confused about how I should enter information in the README.md file and used the links that were attached in the homework as well as some additional online resources to write the biography. One thing that I struggled with, and have still not perfectly understood yet, is how I can centre the text while still retaining other formatting. For instance, I tried centering the heading using the "center" tags. However, the text was centred, it lost its formatting as a heading and a hashtag was displayed in the final version. I tried placing the "center" tags before and after the hashtag, but I was not successful in retaining both the heading and the position formatting. Another thing I initially struggled with was inserting the photograph. Somehow, even though I had downloaded the photograph, I could not insert it using the "!" function. The photo would not get displayed in the final version. I thus used the "img" instead, which I read about online. Finally, I also got help from Patrick in committing my README.md file. In particular, I had not cached my credentials for GitHub, and thus I was initially unable to successfully commit my changes.
