Reverts cfstacks/stacks#91

Not sure what happened, but pretty much everything is broken since this PR. I doubt you guys tested your changes.

Hi @vaijab, what specifically is broken? We're not yet managing very much infrastructure with stacks, so we're going off unit tests and the results of running a couple of small create/upate/deletes.

@alekna ran into lots of issues, simple things like listing stacks would through exceptions.
