TwilightMenu++ changed the options for Unlaunch's launcher patches in v25.5.0.
This PR changes the 'There is no audio or boot splash when launching "Launcher" using Unlaunch' section in troubleshooting.md to reference the new "Default" option, which resolves the issue while keeping desirable patches, and changes the "Disabled" option to "Off" as it is now called.
