Update crowdin.yaml, fix images being broken by Crowdin, and add Spanish and Italian

The VS Code extension requires the id and token be in the yaml (just as environment variable names) and preserve_hierarchy makes sure the folders extract correctly

Also the source was set to pull .txt files instead of .md

Because this was still open and I'm too lazy to start another PR since it'd depend on this one anyways, I've changed this to add the translated files from Spanish and Italian too (as they're almost done, and were 100% before I just pushed the recent changes)

I've made this a draft for the moment since I just pushed the recent changes and thus made the translations incomplete, but hopefully they're finished up relatively soon then I can pull that in and I'll undraft this.

Also, how do y'all want the language files done?

• Only have languages that are 100% done
• Have all files that are translated from all languages, but not the unchanged files
• Have all files (even incomplete ones) for languages that are above a certain amount done
• Just have all of the files (if this the languages aren't done at all)
• etc

Currently I've only committed the 100% complete files from the languages that were nearly done, but I could do it several ways. Personally I think having all files from just languages that are relatively complete is probably best as then you don't hit 404s without needing to change languages, but it doesn't the repo up too much.

Spanish and Italian are back to complete so this should be good to merge now
