Replace cfdisk with mkdosfs for 32 KB cluster size #68

I used the cfdisk command found in this document previously, but after an update TwilightMenu++ shows a warning that game loading is slow if the SD card does not have a 32 KB cluster size. Using this mkdosfs command creates a proper 32 KB cluster size FAT32 partition and TwilightMenu++ no longer shows the warning. Games load fine.

If its only one step, you might as well merge it with the other step

or so would be a better title? The determining slot isn't really the important part of it so it doesn't really need to be in the title I think.
