Update engine to fix header and footer #71

See cfw-guide/engine#2 for code changes, just makes them not cached so it doesn't try to reuse the header and footer between translations.

Edit: Oh yeah, also changed the lang to be page.lang instead of site.locale so it's not just en for everything
