Update translations #81

Simply updates the 100% complete translations (Spanish, Italian, and now Hungarian and Chinese (Simplified))

There are some pages done in other languages, but nothing else is 100% and this is how I did it last time.

Chinese (Simplified) has been completed and a few changes have been made on the other languages so just updated the translations again

Just realized I forgot to uncomment Hungarian and Chinese from so they'd actually show up so did that now.

Also, did language.yml even have a meaningful order before or was it just like effectively random by when they were added or something dumb like that? I reordered it to sort alphabetically within each script with each script in Unicode order (Latin -> Greek -> Cyrillic -> Hebrew -> Arabic -> Chinese -> Hangul). IMO that and the way wikipedia does it based on romanization (so Русский is sorted under R, 日本語 is sorted under N, etc) are the two best ways to sort languages and I prefer the first, but other opinions are welcome.

I also removed the languages that aren't on the Crowdin and duplicates, which it had lol.
