From your example, given that the filter was t filter m/NUR1234
which is unchanged and the module code was changed from NUR1234
to NUR123
, it makes more sense for the existing filter to still be applied as no changes were made to the filter.

After filtering task by module code, if the module code is edited, the task disappears from the list. Not huge but could possibly be annoying to re-enter the filter condition.
