No confirmation message for deleting module #7

There is no confirmation message when deleting a module, only a warning. While a warning would probably suffice for tasks and exams, deleting a module will delete all associated tasks and exams, so if a module was accidentally deleted the results could be quite severe.

It may be reasonable for users to make this mistake as they may enter the wrong number, especially since the index is the last character to be entered in the command, so they may hit enter without processing their mistake first.
