The idea is to be able to fetch data from the NR5103E in order to display on a graph for diagnostics data.

We should be able to log:

• Mast enb (can be calculated from cell identity)
• PCI
• LTE bands
• 5G bands
• Total DL bandwidth (mhz)
• Total UL bandwidth (mhz)
• 4G RSSI
• 4G RSRP
• 4G RSRQ
• 4G SINR
• 5G RSRP
• 5G RSRQ
• 5G SINR
