couldn't find the admin password #1

here shows "$2y$10$ek57JlAgAzW52bjMjgurruZ2cG9eDxa7iI0iEr4BLKrxO9pOM/TMK" this is the password for admin. I couldn't understand the password. and I couldn't change it also. I changed it in database & in connect.php . but it's not working. please can you tell me the password, it's urgent.
