Create curated endpoint list that works reliably #133

We need it for development.

Right now the ngamaps one is sometime unavailable, the demo.geonode.org is out of space and worldmap.harvard.edu is too big.

I generally use this one: https://github.com/cga-harvard/HHypermap/blob/master/data/sample_endpoint_list.txt

I am also setting the following variables: DEBUG_SERVICES = True DEBUG_LAYERS_NUMBER = 50

This way I am importing a number of 50 layers for largest services such as WM and warpers.
