GeoExplorer layer details page can't display gxp_stamensource and gxp_arcgiscachesource #161

Standard GeoNode layer details page has the map broken because its GeoExplorer client does not support gxp_stamensource and gxp_arcgiscachesource. I have disabled the basemaps which are base on that for now: https://github.com/cga-harvard/worldmap/commit/323322f25bf8ab3a2abb3212685c34427b6dd165

We will need to fix the GeoNode layer details page to use the WorldMap GeoExplorer client which is compiled with support for those types of layers.
