Copy and paste your response here: I thought the meeting went really well! We all prepared different sections to speak about and covered an introduction to the paper and methods, our workflow and steps we still need to take, as well as some of the biggest challenges we faced throughout the project so far. I thought that the client meeting was well set up by the videos we had to make for the project so far. We incorporated lots of info from the first video and video about a challenge which helped us in the presentation since we were already familiar with the info we had to present. I also appreciated the questions that we got from our "client", she asked about some of the technical aspects of our paper which allowed us to think about areas that we would have to explain better for someone who doesn't understand GIS.

The levels are:
S: satisfactory (methods are clear and reproducible)
M: marginal (it is hard to say because some methods are unclear and/or data are outdated or not readily available)
U: unsatisfactory (there is no known way to reproduce these methods)
Our consultancy gives our paper the rating of M for the following reasons: We give our paper a marginal rating for reproducibility because the authors use a modelling software that we do not have access to, and some of the steps are not explained as clearly as they could be. The software challenge has proved the most difficult to manage, and even if we implement one of the two solutions (either using a different predictive modelling software or using their output layer from their model) we will be deviating from their methods or skipping steps in their workflow.
