Much appreciated, I commented in the rust reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/rust/comments/59bm3t/a_fast_cloc_replacement_in_rust/), but I'll look into the counting difference with cloc and tokei.

rebased to fix the merge conflict. regarding the line count, I'll see if I can find symptomatic files (I won't be able to share them but it may help understand where the difference come from)
