but the documentation for this tool is not enough. i wish there is a tutorial for usage on windows 10 .

I have a winows drive in my desktop but I've never actually tried using this there. I'll try it out soon and see if it works / what I can do.

Works on Windows 10 without issues.

Go to https://github.com/cgag/loc/releases and download trust-v0.4.1-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.zip
Put "loc.exe" in an empty directory. (e.g. C:\bin)
Hit the windows key and search for 'edit the system environment variables'. Open it.
A new window "System Properties" should open - click on 'Environment Variables' at the bottom.
Select "Path" of "User variables" and click "Edit..."
Click "New" and click 'Browse...' next. Select the directory you created and placed the loc.exe in. (e.g. C:\bin)
Save & close everything
You can now use 'loc' anywhere you like in your command prompt.

For what it's worth, I think you can close this issue. I just installed it on Windows 10 using nothing more than cargo install loc and it works flawlessly. Thanks for writing this!
