Copyright notice in LICENSE seems incorrect #48

The copyright notice in LICENSE reads:

Copyright (c) 2013 William L. Bunselmeyer. https://github.com/wmluke/angular-blocks

I assume this license file was copied from another project, and the actual author should be Christopher Garvis.
