Consider moving HA MySQL server off of RPi #8

The raspberry pi is slow at managing the HA MySQL database, especially if you want to keep more than a month of data. The Plex/BlueIris PC should be always-on, has plenty of storage, and an i5 CPU. MySQL should run much faster on that PC, and it would save writes on the RPi SD card.

Moved everything off the Pi onto an old laptop. Much more responsive now.
