Add node status sensor #30

Adds a node status sensor. This is the replacement for the zwave.xyz entities in the existing 1.4 component.

I'm in support of killing these off. It's a ton of state changes, especially with the RF attributes, and I don't think many people are automating based off of it. The most I've seen as far as automations is an automation if a node state changes to dead or has high RTT, both of which are typically a sign of a poor z-wave mesh/not enough powered nodes.

If a node is dead, could we make that control the available property ?
