Custom fields and Required fields #31

Hi @cgaspard ,

These two items are really important, In our mantis configuration, we have some custom fields that are very important for the use.

And also some of them are required fields, we should not be able to open and close an issue without filling those fields.

I saw that there's a suggestion of implementing the custom fields for mantis kanban, do you think that it would be possible to control the required fields as well?

Sorry for the slow response on this. Been busy lately. I'll take a look and see if there is some kind of flag on the api that tells me if its required, and I should be able to enforce the same rule.
