sort columns by mantis priority order #5

We use the mantis priority pretty heavily to indicate what order items need to be worked. It would be helpful to sort the columns by priority and update priority when rearranged by drag n drop

The current mechanism for sorting is based on the filter you setup inside of mantis as your primary filter. See the Default Filter: section in the README.md.

If this is not working for you let me know and I'll see if there is anything I can do about it.

I have verified that this works using the new selectable filters.
