Is it possible to support mantis time tracking described on https://www.mantisbt.org/manual/admin.project.timetracking.html?

It is possible to support any of the features that the mantis connect API makes available. However, I don't really have any spare time to work on the project lately. Feel free to add support and submit a pull request if you are able to do it though.
