gtf2gtf to filter duplicate CDS and exon #73

Hi,

I have some difficulties to understand what option I have to use with gtf2gtf tools to get no isoform duplicates for exon and CDS.

Sorry for the late reply.

I don't think this is currently possible with gtf2gtf. Only gene and transcript and coordinates are currently supported.
