SEQUENCEFILES_REGEX in pipeline_rnaseqdiffexpression #123

had datadir as part of the the pattern if there was something in merge_input, the the rnaseqdiffexpression pipelien doesn't use datadir.

Why do your push CI always fail? Can you try rebasing your branch?

I have no idea. But they always do. And its always the install script that fails, not the tests. Its complaining about the conda env ymls being invalid, but the ymls havn't changed between this branch and master. I'll do a rebase.

I merged master into this branch as there pipeline tests were failing. If travuis tests pass I will merge
