bamstats studio report #13

Looks like rendering the report for studio isn't working with my environment. I will work on a solution.

the reports in bamstats are hardcoded to use "./csvdb" as the database location. We never use this location for our databases because the file system in our high performance storage is not compatible with SQLite databases.

Please replace with database location taken from the config.

R report now works and I have removed the references to hard coded .csvdb so it now picks up pipeline.yml file. The jupyter notebook reports are broken, but @reshu23 is going to update these.
