Which, obviously, not all genomes do. In particular I am working with the yeast genome, and there is no miRBase. I'm also about to start working on the CHO genome, which doesn't have a mirBase either. Both these have Ensembl and UCSC entries, so it seems sensible that the genesets pipeline should run on them.
