remove pysam pin #153

Perfect!

Just out of interest - are the pipeline specific condaenvs actually ever used? My understanding is to use them you need to specify "P.Run(condaenv="special env")", which is used to pin python2.7 for macs2 and some others. The others I think sebastian generated from a conda test run, correct?

im not really sure they are, they were originally going to be used for testing the pipelines but not sure if this was actually implemented in the end. You think we should clean them up and remove?

we should test using the same setup as we run the pipelines. I would remove them, their existence is confusing and suggests they serve a purpose.
