Install error #36

An error occurred in:

line number: 375
exit status: 1
command: python scripts/conda.py

The script will abort now. User input was:

install-CGAT-tools.sh --devel --git --ide --no-cluster --location /home/osboxes/Documents/cgat-developers

Please copy and past this error and report it via Git Hub: ....

Could you please paste more output text about the failed installation? That should help me troubleshoot the issue.

screenshot from 2018-07-12 15-29-36 Unfortunately unable to copy text from the terminal, so here is a screenshot. I ran this command to install: install-CGAT-tools.sh --devel --git --ide --no-cluster --location /home/osboxes/Documents/cgat-developers. Thanks

Hi Sebastian,

The environment installed successfully and works on her VM machine. I haven't had a chance to look at the specific error though.

Good to hear that's working.

I think I can fix it, so I will leave this issue open as a reminder.
